| Woodend Barn listing on Westhill community site |
In order to increase the marketing coverage of the Woodend Barn programme, we have incorporated a dynamic panel into the Westhill Community site which dynamically displays the next six items in the Woodend Barn Programme. Along with this we have also included a "Managed Advert" which can link to specific items as defined by the Woodend Barn. This is all managed via the Woodend Barn site and automatically reflect any changes made in the programme without the need for any extra editing work on either site. |

| Voice updated website |
In order to improve the quality and frequency of blog entries on the PowerShock website we have implemented a feature which allows us to create blog entries from email. This, when used in conjunction with the new smart-phone technologies (in our case we use Android), can convert the spoken word to text and email direct to the PowerShock site. The site will then read the email trough a secure interface and generate new Blog content. Each blog item is creates its own page which is subsequently shown via a view and automatically feeds the content to various social networking sites. |

| Woodend Barn |
The Woodend barn site was built to effectively promote the activates and performances that take place at the theatre. The site automatically displays the upcoming events while retaining an archive of past shows. The site is based on a complex date infrastructure that manages the pages for each event. It also uses taxonomy, extensively to provide site visitors with a mechanism to select areas of interest. Each event has it’s own page and is extremely search engine friendly. This combined with an automated search engine submission to all the major search engines results in a very dynamic and ‘search engine friendly’ site. |
